BAKER AUGUST 12, 2006 Kenneth E. Baker, 66, of Fort Myers, FL, formerly of Cleveland, OH, passed away August 12, 2006. Kenneth was born March 15, 1940 in Cleveland to Captain J. Edwin and Agnes Baker.

He moved with his parents to Fort Myers Beach, FL in 1952. Kenneth graduated from Fort Myers High School in 1958 and then attended the University of Florida and received. his degree in Math Education in 1969. Kenneth then proceeded to teach for Lee County Schools. He also was employed Sprint, retiring in.

1999 after 20 years of service. He was a member of many clubs and organizations. Most importantly, he was devoted to his family and church. He is survived wife, Ruth Baker, nee Randall, whom he married in 1968; daughters, Monique (Kevin), Sims of Cape Coral, FL and Colleen (Rocky) Stubbs of Kanab, UT; son, Duane (Jennie) Baker of Lynchburg, VA; sister, Loretta (Jack) Porter of Fort Myers Beach, FL; brothers, Donald (Sue) Baker of Fort Myers Beach, FL and Jim (Margie) Baker of Kettering, OH; ten grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. A memorial service will be celebrated Friday, August 18, 2006 at 2:00 PM at the Lehigh Acres Chapel the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 315, Richmond Ave.

Walter Shikany's Bonita Funeral Home 239-992-4982 Family Owned Since 1978 JOHN LONGO AUGUST 11, 2006 John Longo of Fort Myers, FL and Brooklyn, NY joyfully went to the Lord and to his angelic wife of 53 years, FeliRose, on August 11, 2006 from Hospice House South, in Fort Myers. John's family was blessed to have him for 86 years including his daughter, Teri Gaglione of Stroudsburg, PA, son, Tony Longo of Brooklyn, NY, grandson, Josh Butz of NY, NY, granddaughter Serena Butz of Stroudsburg, PA, brother and sister-in-law Paul and Frances Longo of Cape Coral, lifelong friend Angela FAband Cape Coral, FL. John served in the NY National Guard 69th Regiment in the 1930's and was sent to Europe during WWII.

He was a decorated veteran assigned to the 9th Air Force and numerous medals including the Presidential Unit Citation for service in France, Belgium and England. Many will remember John for his wonderful sense of humor and his gift of bringing levity life's daily routines. Arany given time, John would break into song, recite his own poetry, bring forth a compliment in the most unexpected way. He brightened the life of many a caregiver during his last years and he will be greatly missed. Family and friends will gather to celebrate John's life on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at 12 Noon at Hospice House South.

Karena enjoyed bowling and golfing and was worked at the Fraternal Order of Orioles in Cape Coral. is survived by her three children, Alexis A. Hardman, Alana J. Ponder, and Frank R. Lodico Ill; mother and father, Joseph Jr.

and Karen Parzyck of Cape Coral; two brothers, Joseph Parzyck Ill, and James Parzyck; paternal grandmother, Beverly Fuore; Karena's fiance', Frank R. He was 49. Poontarat died Sunday, an official at Bangkok's Siriraj hospital said. He 1 had been hospitalized since December. Poontarat was 19 when he captured a bronze medal at the Montreal Games in 1976. He later held the WBC super- flyweight crown.
