Mackay, 78, of North Fort Myers died Tuesday in Cape Coral. Moving here from Miami, Florida she retired after 25 years as credit manager with Elaine Bryant. Surviving are her husband Lyle D. MacKay of Fort Myers; a sister Jeanne Krier of Minneapolis, MN. a niece and nephew of MN.

Rodrigo had been a Cape Coral resident for ten years having come from New Jersey.

He graduated from Cape Coral High School. Surviving are his parents, Eliasand Graciela (Garcia) Zurita of Cape Coral; two brothers, Elias Grabriel (Maggie Curtis) Zurita of Connecticut and Peter Sebastian (Jodie Stewart) Zurita of Georgia; his grandfather, Alonzo Zurita of Quito, Ecuador and many aunts, unclesand cousins. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Andrew Catholic Church todayat 10a.m. Interment will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Cape Coral High School soccer team. Aaron was a member of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his mother, Emilie Ann Hughey; sister, Jessica Hughey; brother, Brian Hughey ail of Fort Myers; maternal grandmother, Elsie Steele of Port Charlotte, paternal grandparents, Raymond and Grace Hughey of Akron, Ohio and numerous Aunts, Unclesand Cousins. JOHNSON Lt. Col. Carlton A. Johnson, US Army Retired, 73, of Cape Coral Died Thursday, January 6, 1994 in Cape Coral. He was born In New Brunswick, and came her 15 years ago from the Washington, DC area.

A career Army officer of over 30 years. Col. Johnson was a member of American Legion Post 90 where he was Finance officer for 8 years; the Retired Officers Club, Local and National; DAV; and VFW post 8463. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Elizabeth (Betty) Johnson of Cape Coral; son, Carlton A. Johnson, III of Sterling, VA; his mother, Margaret Johnson of New Brunswick, NJ; brother, Harold Johnson of Grey, ME and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sharon in 1992. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 10, 1994 at 12:00 noon in the chapel of the Coral Ridge Funeral Home with the Reverend Wilton F. Sharpe officiating. Military honors and burial will follow. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 p.m.

Fraley, author, 79 FORT LAUDERDALE Oscar Fraley, whose book "The Untouchables" spawned the popular 1950s television series and the 1987 movie with Kevin Costner and Sean Conn-ery, has died. He was 79. Fraley, a former newspaper re- porter and sports columnist for United Press International, wrote more than 30 books in a career spanning 38 years.

His subjects ranged from true-life crime fighters to sports figures. He also helped celebrities pen autobiographies, including former Teamsters President Jimmy Hoffa, who mysteriously disappeared in 1975. Fraley's death came suddenly on Thursday night after he had been hospitalized with complications from a hernia and stomach surgery, said his wife, Imogene Fraley. Fraley was working on two manuscripts before his death. One was about the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the other about the Central Intelligence Agency.

Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, she moved here in 1979 from Huber Heights, Ohio. She leaves her husband, Benny; sons, Terry and Garry of Rome, daughter, Sherrl Farmer-Fay of California and brother, Morris Sharp of Ohio and sister.
