JULY 23. 1996 lee County He touches our lives every day. The biggest gift of all is that he gave life and sight to many people, and he gave his soul to God. His organs saved the lives of at least four persons. His heart went to a young man in Gainesville; his liver went to a man in Boca Raton; one of his kidneys went to a gentleman in New Orleans; his other kidney and pancreas went to another gentleman in the same general area; his eyes look out from other persons who may have never seen before. All of these individuals are doing fine. Our most gratifying gift was an anonymous thank you letter sent to the University of Miami Organ Procurement Organization, and forwarded to us, from the recipient of one of his kidneys in New Orleans, a minister with four children. Marty is still with us in memory.

Myers for the past 27 years, died July 18, 1996. Surviving are three daughters: Gail Smith and Erica Scrivenor, both of Nashville, and Karen Halim of Chicago, three grandchildren: Cortney Smith, and Jason and Ryan Halim; two Jimmy Rintz of Arizona and Jerry Rintz of Illinois; many nieces and nephews; and dearfriends, Sheila and ErnieCollins. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 24, at 5:00 p.m. in Mullock Creek Marina. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Hospice, 9470 Health-Park Fort Myers FL 33908.

ROBERTA A. STANCEL Roberta A. Stancel, 87, of Fort Myers, passed away July 20, 1996. She had been a resident since 1939, formerly of Monroe, the beloved daughter of Charles Anderson and Jennie Willis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard in 1991, and is survived by two sons: Leroy of Naples, and Aaron of Fort Myers; four daughters: Bessie Pennington of Fort Myers, Lottie Vick Schoonover of Punta Gorda, Pauline Guy of Fort Myers, and Roberta Fernandez of Anderson, 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many friends.

Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, 11:00 a.m., at the Har-vey-Engelhardt-Metz Funeral Home, 1600 Colonial Boulevard, with Rev. Ralph Holbrook officiating. He was a native and lifelong resident of Clewiston, and a heavy equipment operatorall his working life. He issurvived by a son, Joshua Neal Ingram; daughter, Cory Ingram; mother, Gloria Byrd; and two sisters: Susan Kelsoe and Connie Davis, all of Clewiston. Daniel had been a resident of Naples since 1969, coming from Pittsburgh, Pa. He was an avid Softball player, loved to fish, and enjoyed special moments with his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Allison Alvarez; expected son; parents: Elio and Emelina Alvarez; mother and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Far-rington; two brothers: Ariel (Tammy) and Abel (Ramona) Alvarez; two sisters: Mary (Jose) Falcon and Raquel (Eric) Pines; paternal grandmother, Felicia Alvarez; five nephews and five nieces; aunt and uncle-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Gilger; and three sisters-in-law, all of Naples.

He is also survived by many friends. Daniel was preceded in death by his brother, Miguel Alvarez. Born Oct. 16, 1913 In San Pedro, Mr. Armstrong was the retired Port Agent for the City of New York with 40 years service. He came to Cape Coral from New York in 1986. He had been a longtime member of the CoralOaksGolf Club.

Surviving are his daughter, Adrlenne Armstrong of Vienna, a sister, Rachel Quigley of California; and a granddaughter, Robbie Armstrong Schneider of Vienna. FT. He was a member of the Masons in Cincinnati and Fort Myers. Mr. Galley retired from General Electric in Cincinnati, Ohio as a tool and die maker. A veteran of the Army Air Corps, he was an AAF Gunnery instructor serving in WW II. Survivors include a son, Richard A.

HANSEN Roberta M. Hansen, age 87, of Fort Myers died Sunday, July 21, 1996. Born April 29, 1909 in Ft. Mead, Roberta came to the Fort Myers area in 1916. Surviving are her son, Robert F.

Hansen of St. Petersburg; her two daughters: Karen Whaley and Sanna Weaver, both of Fort Myers; twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Born and raised in Eldred, Mr. Hennigan came to Florida from Akron, Ohio where he was employed as Chief Radio Engineer at WADC radio station. He came to Fort Myers in 1954 and was responsible for establishing WINK TV on the airwaves in March of 1954. He was employed by WINK and retired with Sprint United Telephone in 1966. A HAM operator for his entire adult life, he was a member of the Amateur Radio Club.

Mr. Hennigan is survived by his wife of 65 years, Gertrude Hennigan; his son, Tim Hennigan; his daughter, Ellen Hennigan; and two grandchildren, Michael and Marty Hennigan. A private service will be held at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 23, 1996. God wanted him at that time. He took his soul away with Him. We loved Marty very much and it was hard to believe he was no longer with us. He was breathing, his heart was beating, he was warm to the touch, but his brain was dead. They never found out what caused Marty's death.

Marty gave freely of himself when he was alive. He was always helping i others as anyone who knew him would tell you. He was registered as an organ donor. Perhaps he knew ahead of time what was to be. It was a hard decision for us to make to have Marty's organs surgically removed, but today we realize it was the most important decision we have made in our lives.Three doctors made the GERALD P.

HOOVER Gerald (Joe) P. Hoover, 55, of Lehigh Acres, died Friday, July 19, 1996, in Leesburg, Fla. Born Oct. 10, 1940 in Franklin, he was a son of the late Maurice and Frances Early Hoover. Mr.

Hoover was a Human Service worker with Gulf Coast Center. A U.S. Navy veteran, he enjoyed bowling, baseball, and pool, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Mary R. (Foy) Hoover of Lehigh Acres, three daughters: Marisa J.
